Dal Maso’s Gambellara bottling is comprised of 100% Garganega, a widely cultivated grape synonyms in Italy with Veneto region and Soave production. In the glass, the wine displays detailed notes of apples, fresh cut pear, white flowers. Texturally, the wine has a lovely roundness and a kiss of sweet citrus fruit on the finish. This is certainly a crowd pleaser. Perfect for porch sipping or party swirling, the wine would also show quite well around a seasonal cheese plate.
